HEALTH AND SAFETY
A positive approach to Health and Safety and mitigation of risk is central to everything that Midland Counties endeavour.
Everyone in the organisation receives training as soon as they join the company and this is reinforced throughout their career, whether they are front line staff, managers or administrators.
The Health and Safety culture is maintained through:
- Employment inductions for all personnel
- Inductions on the company's policies and
procedures on the day employment commenced.
- Training for all staff to a level appropriate
to their role or higher
- Contract specific training
- Refresher training via toolbox talks and safety bulletins.
- Specialist support - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
- Regular monitoring and inspections
- Procedures for sub contractors
- Accident statistics monitored
