Mechanical Services
We undertake fully ducted air condtioning systems, heating and ventilation and associated building and mechanical services, electrical controls, including satisfaction of Building Regulations requirements for building occupancy levels where there are no openable windows, swimming pool ducted air handling and dehumidification plants. Humidification serving operations such as laboratories and pharmaceutical sterilisation, chilled water installations incorporating either screw or reciprocating chiller plants where they are used in larger commercial applications such as hotels and offices, commercial gas or oil fired warm air heating installations serving workshop, garages, factories, warehouses, and large retail situations.
Midland Counties Heating Services employ an experienced team of heating and ventilation, air conditioning, skilled ductwork, plumbers and fitters. They regularly undertake installations for main contractors, specialist contractors and clients - commercial and domestic direct. They provide full design, installation and servicing and are CORGI registered for all domestic, industrial and LPG work.
Other work includes chlorification works to local authority nursing homes and day centres. Installation of boilers, sanitaryware, pipework, rainwater (incl alutec gutters) and private mains.
